Hi Readers,
There are fresh news coming from
Gambling Grumbles !
This Casino Wilds report shows how even a person who is very serious about carefully reading terms & conditions before playing at a casino (especially with a bonus) can be trapped. Read it people, as it is interesting.
Personally, I would have labeled this report with a Question Mark as to me it literally seems that it is a "he said / he said" situation since Oliver is convinced that he checked the Terms & Conditions, including Bonus Terms (which can only be found by clicking a link on the General Terms & Conditions page), on the same day before depositing and starting to play (10th August 2017) and the casino insists that the Terms & Conditions were updated on 9th August 2017.
BUT ... I can see a possible scenario where both are correct if the Casino Time is different than Germany Time ! Maybe Oliver checked the terms early on 10th August (Germany Time), something like 00:00 > 06:00 AM, and then he deposited and started playing just a couple hours later while the casino updated the Terms at 18:00 > 23:59 (Casino Time). Or maybe the update was done while he was reading !
OR ... maybe there was an issue and the updated Term in cause did not appeared for a couple hours. This is less likely but not impossible !
In any case, I do not believe that Casino Wilds is being reasonable with Oliver given the facts and the short time in which the changes were done ! Oliver tried to stick to the Terms he read, a proof is that he started to bet with €5 per spin which was the maximum allowed per bet by the Terms posted then (now this is lowered to a maximum €3 per spin).
As a conclusion, after pondering all the details, my personal opinion is that the casino shows a gross lack of fairness by not paying Oliver.
Keep it Safe,
Constantin
