The following Gambling Grumbles report has been received: Casino Ventura - "No pay and no reason"Report:by Steve Russo January 2020 Norbert K sent us the following complaint: "I am from Germany and I registered an account in casinoventura.com on October last year. I verified my account and document last year on November. Then 2 weeks later I won a total of 9074 euros, they paid me 2550 euros on November 13 and I think they pay weekly so I waited. But then I found out after logging in and checking cashier history that they revoked my 7074 euros money. I asked them by email and live chat what happened but they did not specify. I have some screenshots if you want to see them. I want to know how did come up with the decision, please help me get my money back." There, now you know as much about this dispute as we do.
