Gambling Grumbles Report:Intertops Casino: "Thanks from both"by Steve Russo
July 2021 Carmit B of Israel won $7800 in March, and despite her having her documents approved, when she attempted to withdraw her winnings, she noticed her account was locked. She asked the casino why this was the case, and she was told she had to send through documentation. This is what Carmit B sent through to Gambling Grumbles... "So far I sent many photos of myself and 2 types of ID as per their request plus bills showing my address. The account still left locked, I asked why they say they want now a phone call plus additional documents.
I made the phone call, they called me and verified my account by phone. They asked for a utility bill or bank statement in English. As we don't have such in Israel I had to request one from the bank. The bank gave a letter in English confirming my name and bank account but it lacked the address. I sent it to them they said no address on it...."This is a must read!
