Omni Slots: Restricted but not restricted

Nuria A of Paraguay is unable to log into her account at Omni Slots. Whats even worse is that she is also unable to collect the $1500 she is owed. When she tries logging in an message comes up saying that Paraguay is blocked by the casino.

Strangely she had no issue making a deposit and playing in June. Before Gambling Grumbles wrote to Omni Slots their T&Cs were examined and this what they found:
