Energy Casino changed a rule of its terms & condition same day, or even exactly while Thomas was playing with a bonus. As it happened Thomas won €5,538 but the casino voided his winnings since his play was not in concordance with the new listed terms & conditions. The obvious was that the casino was at least unreasonable if not ill intended and amended its terms specifically to void Thomas winnings. With the help of Gambling Grumbles it showed that was non of the two and the casino agreed that the player should have been subject to the listed terms & conditions for when he started to play, as this is common sense, and paid the player his €5,538 winnings.
