Rui thought was lucky to finish the wagering requirements with a $735 balance of a bonus which he accepted from Pamper Casino. Then on 11th June asked for a withdrawal. Unfortunately then it was when the delays started: after two weeks the casino cancels his withdrawal claiming he did not played enough. He proved to the casino that is did met the rollover requirement and that the casino cancelled his withdrawal without reason. Then after few day the casino ask Rui to send in his personal documents on 29th June which he provided promptly on the same day. Now here we are with next to two months of waiting for Rui and he saw none of his money from Pamper Casino. Pamper disregards all emails both from Rui and Gambling Grumbles and the result is that Pamper Casino is now put on the Hall Of Shame.
