August 2021Kieran O from Ireland has been playing at Sloto'Cash Casino for a few months now, he has won a bit, and received his withdrawal quickly. However, a few weeks ago he won a substantial about of cash and withdrew $3700, but has not received payment. This is what he had to say: "Sloto'cash made my recent withdrawal just a nightmare requesting tons of documents that I have sent them," Kieran told us. "This is the story- I opened account a few months ago I have had winnings before, They asked for documents and then approved my account and paid my winnings. A few weeks ago I won again and the problems came. They requested my passport, they requested my driver's license, they requested my Government ID and utility bill and bank statement. I have sent all of this and they are still not satisfied requesting now my birth certificate that is nowhere to be found. This is ridiculous. A casino can't behave like this.
