Now I've heard it all. The player did not take up the bonus offered and played only with his own money. He played SLOTS. Poker Heaven said he played dishonestly. They make it sound like Microgaming Hellboy video slot is flawed, and can be exploited. - That is a BIG LIE. If what they say would be true we should see this game pulled off from all casinos, but ofcourse we don't. I think they could come and say to the guy: sorry man, 6000 is too much for us and we can't afford to pay. Sry for any inconvenience this may have caused. If there is anything else we can help, please let us know. Now on a serious note, I think the only option left for the player is to submit a complaint to the LGA Malta: https://www.playresponsibly.org.mt/Complaints.aspx?dnmparams=/8wFhKIw8OCRGwru0pFMFb_3ZwaX8846IAfter investigation, this case should either result in player getting paid or casino losing its Gaming License.
