Gambling Grumbles Report:  Everygame Casino - "This complaint does not look kosher"by Steve Russo
December 2021Before I get into the meat and potatoes of this dispute, I want to explain why we are identifying the player only by her initials, which is not our usual practice. It is simply because her name is a very unusual one in both Canada and Israel and revealing either her first or last name would let readers know who she is. Should Everygame Casino ask for more details of her complaint, we will, of course, tell them. M.T., who lives in Canada, wrote to us saying that she had won $8017 at Everygame Casino, but they are refusing to pay, saying that she is using a VPN which allows her to hide her identity and location. The casino also found it very odd that even though she lives in Canada, she has an Israeli email account.
