Gambling Grumbles Report: Vegas Casino Online - A happy endingby Steve Russo May 2022Christine Z of New York State wrote to Gambling Grumbles saying she received a cash-back coupon (screenshot sent to Gambling Grumbles) for $60. The playthrough was $1800 (which she says she met) and max cashout limit was $5000 "I made the required playthrough amount and withdrew $4,900," she told us. "My withdrawals were declined, and the casino paid me $1,140 ($1,200 less $60 coupon). I emailed the withdrawal dept. the screenshot of the coupon code, but they gave me some explanation as to why I was only allowed a withdrawal of $1,200 which made no sense as the coupon code clearly indicated a maximum withdrawal of $5,000." Jumping in on this older post because I’m curious whether anyone else has had recent experiences with Vegas Casino Online or used the forum’s dispute help lately. Christine’s case turned out well, but I wonder if the process is still as responsive now. If anyone has gone through something similar recently, how long did your payout or mediation take?

Sounds like a good reminder that sharing clear details and proof can really speed things up. I’ve had smoother results too whenever I stayed calm and kept communication simple.
