For years it has been generally disputed why casinos don't enforce maximum bet limits or restricted games by software adjustments while the player has accepted to play with a bonus. Many people agree that this is done because the casino likes to take a win-win position over a player who did not carefully read the terms, thus the player being bound to break some rules and have his eventual wins confiscated.

While all that is true, I am thinking this entire process would not be so easily as it seems, because is not entirely at the casinos will?

Probably a casino like Betfair or any other reputable casino would like to make its players life easier by tweaking its software (max allowed bet, allowed games) so that all players cannot break bonus terms while playing with a bonus. But is that even possible if the software provider (Playtech in our ex) did not designed its software to be configurable at the casinos end? - I hope someone qualified can answer.
