Even in a place where everything works super, mistakes might just happen at some point in time. In this case it seems a person from the security department of Super Casino had made the mistake to ask a player for his documents after a colleague already confirmed the receipt. - As you can imagine, this came right in the worst possible moment for Garzia with close to 10,000 pounds at stake, I understand. But a Super Casino can't react other than super when Gambling Grumbles comes into scene. A superior from Super Casino explained everything, admitted the mistake without excuses and ensured quick payment.
