On Sunday 8 August 2010 I won R21 000 and R2000 on seperate occasions from African Palace Casino, which I withdrew immediately. I asked the online help desk how many days does it take in order for them to pay it onto my account, they replied 4 to 5 working days. It is 2 weeks later and the R21 000 is still not deposited into my account. I received the R2000 payment within 2 days. My question to them was why could they pay out the R2000 and not the R21 000. The answer I got was 'your request was sent to head office for approval'. After numerous calls and emails to them the reply stayed the same. I am still waiting!!!
I wont suggest anyone to use African Palace as an online casino. I am not the only person that complained about them. Refer to Best Gambling Forum.
I am highly dissapointed at the service I have received from African Palace. Why can't anyone give me straight answers? African Palace is quick to take my money but when it comes to pay out the winnings they are full of stories.

You might want to take a look at This thread. It is an on-going problem with the African Palace.
