The story is simple: casino wagermeter malfunctioned and allowed the player to request a withdrawal before the bonus rollover requirement was completed. When the played has observed that the casino didn't paid the casino told him that he did not completed the wagering requirement in the given time frame and so his bonus and winnings were removed from his account.
