This BetAt Casino - The report I did not want to write is very unclear to me too despite reading it on ThePOGG (where the player was "found" guilty for violating Term 10.3 of BetAt Casino - which I will break down later in this post) and in more detail on Gambling Grumbles.

As said, Steve contacted the casino 3 times and gave plenty of time to see its findings but with all the efforts BetAt left him in the dark.

Now let's see what BetAt Term 10.3 states and what the player declared:

1) Did she colluded with another player who was using bonus funds? We don't know, BUT How to do that and WHY??

This is not poker or another skill game like backgammon where one can deliberately lose to the other player.

BetAt only offer casino games. So how one can try to collude when playing casino games? At live roulette? Maybe.
BUT at roulette you can't deliberately lose to the other player. And if the bonus player side won that win would have been invalidated at the withdrawal request because live games are excluded from bonus play as per BetAt Terms & Conditions.

Then what? Slots collusion? I don't think that is possible (although I see it mentioned in this 10.3 Term which is kind of nasty term to me and for this reason I will propose BetAt Casino to be listed on Gambling City Warning List for enforcing unfair and arbitrary terms).
BUT also Silvia has clearly specified that she did not played with a bonus. So "slot play collusion" is excluded.

2) "Exploitation of a fault, loophole or error in the software." That's another bullsh*t term for the warning list. If I came over a game that keeps paying huge wins every spin, I'll play it considering it's my lifetime luckiest day. This gives NO RIGHT to the casino not to pay me, or even worse as I understand from the 10.3 terms, to even have my deposit(s) confiscated and all wins generated from other games as well.

So did Silvia found a malfunctioning game that paid her over 100% return and kept exploiting it? We don't know, but I believe she did not find any such game or otherwise she would have won from the start and not after she deposited €2,300 in total.

3) Attempted to criminal, charge backs, fraud or collusive activities at any other online gaming business. - Did she tried to kill someone directly or indirectly? Did she sponsored terrorism? Did she ever charged back from another online casino? Did she dumped chips at poker? - We don't know maybe yes, maybe not. BUT if that is what BetAt accuses her, then it should provide her a clear link/proof of where/how they figured this out with 100% certainty that there is no mistake or identity confusion between two different players.

*This term should NEVER be enforced for an evidence found with a date prior to the date of when player's KYC documments have been verified and approved. It is supposed that the player sent his documents in good faith and the casino did thorough satisfactory checkings.

4) Did Sylvia used bots? Again, we don't know but there is no reason to use a bot as long as you play a negative game and all casino games offered at BetAt carry a house edge so the more the player plays, the more money the player loses in the long run.

*The only time when you as a player may be advantaged to use a bot would be if you play with a positive expectation bonus (which are very rare to find - for example I don't see any currently offered at BetAt Casino) or if you find a game that its theoretical return to player exceeds 100%. Only then the bot would be useful in that case because the bot will play for you while you can do something else (like sleeping for example). Yes, it is nice to earn money wile sleeping from a casino, but I agree this should not be allowed. If you find something worthy you should actually spend your time in front of your laptop/phone/tablet manually "milking" that bonus or game.

*So did Sylvia used bots to play for her? If BetAT thinks so, should present damning evidence like hours played without interruption, speed of play, automated mouse movements (like always same direction, no shakes etc). Without any of that would be just barking at the stars.

FINAL QUESTION: Why BetAt Casino keeps silence to Steve at least? - It is probably it just decided not to pay without any palpable reason.
