The case is simple: one casino bought a brand (Casino-For-Me) which went into insolvency. The problem appeared only when a player won big time with the balance transferred from the dead casino, because the new brand claims they had not received any money from the other casino and thus the player shall have no balance, even though when the casino credited the player balance told her she could cash out the entire amount if so she wish. Under this circumstances, I don't see why the casino even bothered to send that money to her after she won the 50,000+ and then voided the rest? - I do not think that anyone is going to bite that the casino acted fairly by doing so. Just nonsense. You can read the full Gambling Grumbles Report here: Fenix Casino - Back to the Bad Old Days Edited by user Wednesday, June 24, 2015 5:31:18 PM(UTC)

Anyone playing at a casino called Fenix (changed spelling of Phoenix) must be crazy.
The name says it all. This casino has arisen from the ashes of a defunct casino. And could go the same way if that's the policy of the owner.

Update: too much for the promised 5,000 installments. All what the player got was one 2,500 installment and a lot of silence. Fenix Casino - Not paying the installments
