This is the latest Smart Live Casino Gambling Grumbles report. This time it is related to their sportsbook product: Smart Live Casino - The smartest thing is to stay away from it - I believe I can see the casino being right on this issue, the player been promised a £100 free bet, but by some error awarded him a £1,000 free bet instead. What suggests me that the promised/intended award was £100 and not £1,000 is the fact that from hist total winnings £3,500 only £100 was deducted, leaving the player with £3,400 which he immediately tried to withdraw. So if £1,000 free bet was intended the player should have been left with £2,500 because the system automatically removes the amount of free bet from total winnings like it happens at most bookmakers. But S&C is what it gets if Smart Live does not discuss with GG.
