This is a report that is not very clear to me: at one point the player is told he will receive his money within 3-7 business days, at another point he is told that his balance was played out; and the player doesn't seem to really know for sure if he played out or not his balance.

PS: one important aspect of this report it should also learn you to never ever think of depositing with someone else credit card, bank account or web-wallet etc (not even those of your wife/husband or mother/father, brother/sister etc). Even if it does not create you problems straight away (in case you lost your deposit), if will create you problems when you will win. Even YEARS later!
