Tropicana Gold Casino has now (in August) promised to pay Christine's $149 cash by check via courier. There were some issues, she deposited with a prepay credit card which was not in her name, and the casino was not (very) helpful / responsive in helping her to sort out the matters as Christine was trying to cash in her money since May. - Not surprising at all to me as I had a poor experiences myself with.
