Personally I find this one interesting. Any casino has the right to request notarized ID but requesting that just to refund a deposit seems abusive and not justified. The player deposited with the faith of receiving a bonus which he never got but found out this only after successfully placing his deposit. He probably felt offended by this situation and requested his deposit back. The casino asked for notarized ID, which, at least in England seems to cost more than what the player balance is at the moment (€125). Casino 848 also keeps eating up player's balance charging him inactivity fees which already halved player's balance within one year.
