This time Engla H. of Sweden is waiting her money (€5,069) since 16th August 2015. She provided her documents to the casino but the casino is doesn't seem to be interested in paying her money or to give her a reason of why she is put on hold so many months. Sometimes I wonder why these rogue casinos ask the player to provide documents if they know they aren't going to pay any money? - The only response I came up with is that rogues are rogues and they probably envisage any opportunity to sell player's personal information (such as personal documents) to anyone ready to pay for these.
