I think that the last 188Bet - Cashback confusion report on Gambling Grumbles can shed some light on what a member should never do before collecting his cashback due from Gambling City a casino: do not self-exclude before getting what is owed to you! That makes a lot of sense to me because if a casino knows that you are not going to return to play at it ever again, it may not be willing to look into any issues you may have had past month! Like why you were not tagged to Gambling City if you signed up via Gambling City. On the other hand, if the casino believes you are going to return to play at it again, it will go lo and behold to act helpful and responsible.
