Hi Readers, More news from Gambling Grumbles ! Unfortunately, bad ones. BetSupremacy did what no other casino did before: voided (actually stole) winnings from a roulette player on the sole reason that the player was a professional poker player in the past (6 years or more ago) and BetSupremacy services are meant only to recreational players !!! OK, that might have made some sense if the said player was in the past a professional blackjack player and played live blackjack and been proved counting cards and adjusting his bets accordingly. But for playing at roulette without any bonuses involved ?? -- It is the same stealing the winnings achieved on slots by Mike Tyson reasoning that he was a pro boxer and the casino is meant only to Regular Joe's. I am left only with one (but less important) question: why the report got only a Crying Face symbol and not a Skull & Crossbones one ? Keep it Safe, Constantin

Constantin, it was a close call. I wavered between the S&C and the Crying Face and finally decided on the latter because I prefer saving the S&C for reports where the casino did not reply at all or told me it would not discuss it.
I have put the S&C on reports where I felt that the casino was purposely stealing from a player but in this case I could not decide if the casino did it on purpose or if it was simply the result of stupidity.

Now I have a question about this one Steve. Apparently, the casino knew the player was a former poker pro or they would not have stolen his winnings. But, that said, if they knew that history, why did they accept his deposit(s) and let him play until he happened to win? And for the life of me, I can't figure out how playing poker well has any effect on winning at Roulette? Poker takes finely tuned skill to be a winner and Roulette is pretty much luck... Kat, this is an ongoing complaint I have about casinos. They tell me that they cannot check everyone who makes a deposit and plays, so they only do it when someone makes a withdrawal. I don't buy it. A Google check on this player's name would have taken the casino less than a minute and showed that she is a former professional poker player. Of course, the big issue here is that it should make no difference. Her poker experience has no bearing on whether or not she is a recreational player at the roulette wheel. It reminds me of an email Josh Wilde wrote in his book, Wilde is the Joker: Quote:Dear Marsha, Thank you for playing at Winning Worlds Casino.
We have locked your account because we found that you actually cashed the check we sent you with your winnings. This violates one of our most fundamental rules. Gambling is supposed to be fun, but it is no fun for us when you take our money.
Please return the $150 we sent you along with an additional $3 fee which our bank charged us for cashing the check.
We hope you live in a truly Winning World. Betty Customer Service Rep

Oh, that one just kills me Steve... I can see a casino doing that with an absolutely straight face and expecting the extra $3 as well. Personally, I have been labeled a "Skilled Slot Player" when I made Silver Oak Casino actually pay me my $78 winnings! Maybe they were right, I had spent all day practicing pushing the spin button on their site. I am fortunately banned from the casino, as well as all the other casinos in the group. Guess I am just one lucky girl! Katt Edited by user Tuesday, August 22, 2017 8:18:50 PM(UTC)
