Hi Followers,

I find this story strange: a Malta licensed casino simply refuses to give a player a reason of why it decided to confiscate $4,055 and closed her account saying that "they are entitled to terminate the contract at any time with immediate effect without statement of a reason or cause".

If Alejandra A. of Colombia (the defrauded player) reads this post, I advise her to contact Malta Gaming Authority by clicking this link and submit her complaint. Certainly she will find out some more details on her case ! And be patient, it will happen slowly after a couple good months, but the hope should not be lost !

Well, Star Games had a very good reason to do what it did indeed: the player sent a fake Passport. Casino was right to confiscate money.

Case is now solved, but I still ask the question: was it so hard to tell the player "the reason is the fact that you sent fake documents!" ?
