Hey friends,
We just got two new reports on
Gambling Grumbles and namely for
Sun Palace and
Slots Plus, both brands being part of
Mainstreet Group.
From those reports we learn that Mainstreet refuses to pay $10,000 to Joseph trying to throw the fault on a law which was issued in 2006 by US Gov. even though these casinos paid Joseph's winnings several times until now. They advised Joseph to open a bank account in Europe in order to be paid, without indicating him which bank will accept him to open one account (because this is a very hard thing to do, if not impossible in some cases).
The weirdest part is, these casinos expressly state on their websites that they have available methods to pay their US customers without any hassle (and yes, they have Bitcoin -- which is a great and legal gateway to overcome UIGEA law to my best knowledge, Checks via Regular Mail or Courier, ACH -- a method dedicated exclusively for US players).
When Steve contacted them, ofcourse none replied to clarify the issues and find solutions to act in a fair manner. -- The result:
Mainstreet Group in Hall Of Shame ! -- To be honest, is no surprise to me: you can always expect this from a slow pay casino (and this was known) !
Keep it Safe,
Constantin
