 I just received an email from Robert at Slotland. Robert is the Supervisor of customer account support. This the first time I have ever experienced such personal customer service! The following is a copy of the email Robert sent: Dear Jeanne,

Although I work 7 days per week, I cannot be in the office every minute, but I want to assure you that as soon as I return if I receive an email from you, you will be my top priority in that day's list of tasks! If you need immediate service, please feel free to contact anyone else in our Customer Support Department, by sending an email to support@slotland.eu. I have already informed each staff member
about your account and have emphasized the importance of serving you quickly, positively and satisfactorily!

I thought that was above and beyond his job description and should be applauded for his dedication! Never expected that level of customer support from ANY online casino! I will play at Slotland much more often, now that I have my own personal contact that I can count on should trouble arise! WOW!....just WOW! Wow Jeanne! I have long been aware that Slotland has some of the best support in the online casino world, but this level of personal service to you is amazing! That is just super!
