Hey, In this report we learn how Christine from United Kingdom is waiting for her 233 euros to be sent to her for over 3 months already, despite being told on a daily basis that she "will be paid soon" ! It seems that the site does have a lot of predatory terms which actually give them the right to give no rights to the customer and the only way to address a formal complaint (or sue) against Sekabet is to do so under the laws of Muntenegro (comes with a lot of hurdles even if someone is determined to). I too, took a look at the site and been amazed to see that the "live chat" support is actually a phone number and the whole thing is done via Whatsapp messages ! That means that at the support department there is, at most, one single person ! So not so much surprise to find out that Sekabet support department ignored Gambling Grumbles inquiry about Cristine's complaint. Cheers
