What do you think the truth might be about this problem between Ayelet N of Pennsylvania and Cherry Jackpot?
The gist of the story is that Ayelet deposited 6 times and finally won over $7,000. but when Cherry Jackpot tried to call her by phone, she said she was out of the country.
Cherry Jackpot responded to and worked with Gambling Grumbles to resolve the issue, but the casino claimed Ayelet breached their terms and manipulated an identification document and the player's withdrawal was voided and accounts at 2 related casinos closed.

I am on a teeter-totter with this one. I lean toward beleiving Cherry Jackpot's rep because Ayelet's documents were questionable and when the casino asked to talk on the telephone, she was "out of the country." As far as I know, phones exist everywhere these days and she was communicating with the casino by some means at the time. It may just be me, but something sounds fishy.
So what do you think the truth is?
