Hallo everyone. This is my first time here, I found this site in a very strange way.

My question:
it's about 10 years I play at casino on line, but never happened what I'm going to write.

As you all know at PLT casinos there are fixed progressive ( Diamond Valley, Golden Rally and so on). Some casinos , if you're under bonus, don't alllow players to play at.
But there is another category of slots marked as progressive (now there are many indeed, such as Highway kings, captain treasure, doctor love, alien hunter and so on), but they have double function : if you play at without pushing the button side they are standard slots.

Well in every casino things go in this way. If in the terms is written progressive not allowed, you can't play at fixed but you can play at others without secondary function.

Well, it happens that a casino (the only one in my long experience) avoid my winnings with the excuse I played at progressives (even if never used the JP funcion). They say that Playtech decided so, and they're clearly marked into the lobby. But they're labelled in this way also in all playtech casinos and never had this kind of problem.

What do you think about? The internet is full of complains about this behaviour (not to talk slow payments, opposite terms in 3 different places and so on)

Many thanks for your kind attention
Pray

Hi Alezia, strictly speaking you have played on the slots that are designated as progressive slots, so the casino might well insist that you have violated their terms.
However, as you say, you never activated those slots as progressive slots so they were normal slots when you played.

Let's see what Steve at Gambling Grumbles achieves in his mediation.
Thank you very much for raising this issue and for contacting Gambling City and Gambling Grumbles.
