"Clearly, Loco Panda, "in its sole discretion" decided that winning is an abusive strategy." This is what Steve Russo concludes in his report on the mediation attempt to resolve George W's problem of not being paid his $2,500 withdrawal request by Loco Panda. He was told he said, that he casino disapproved of his roulette strategy. Now there is no such thing as a Roulette strategy so I have no idea to what the casino could possibly be referring. In any event, the casino didn't tell him what his strategy was. I'm sure he'd be very interested to know. See the full report.
