Some crazy news out of Las Vegas.  An incredibly lucky couple from New England hit the progressive jackpot on MGM Grand's "Lion's Share" slot for 2.4 MILLION BUCKS That particular machine had never paid out a jackpot since the MGM Grand opened in 1993. The lucky winner had put in $100 and was placing $3 maximum bets for about five minutes when all 3 green lion emblems lined up on the center pay line. "MGM Grand is delighted to award this historic jackpot to the lucky winner of the 'Lion’s Share,' and we couldn’t be happier for the winners and their family and friends," said Scott Sibella, president and COO of MGM Grand, said in a statement Saturday. The winner, a retired horse farmer, told the paper that he would use the money to pay his children's and grandchildren's ways through college. His said his largest previous win from a Vegas vacation was $8,000 playing video poker. Cheers, Sky

I ssen that on the news. I could not believe that machine had never been hit. I could think of a lot of ways to spend 2.4 MILLION BUCKS Cheers to them and their good fortune
