Robin L of Canada wrote to Gambling Grumbles complaining that he had won a $28,515.53 jackpot at Lucky Nugget, but was unable to withdraw.

In regards to that thread about Lucky Nugget. That complaint was filed by me. Hixstix77.

And you must of read my complaint to you guys wrong. I never said I waited 3 weeks, I said I had to wait three weeks as it was outlined in the policy before i could even launch a complaint on any platform.

And laugh as you will, cause on May 14, 2022, i was finally paid out from Lucky Nugget to the tune $15,491.

We agreed on the split becuase of the 3rd party deposit infraction on my part, and the way my withdrawal was handled was unethical to say the least.

So whose laughin now?

The smiling faces, that you are referring to, are used on specific Gambling Grumble reports to indicate to other members that this was a positive report, and that this particular complaint was successfully resolved.

We would never make fun of our members or their complaints in any way. We are here to help, guide and support you.

You will notice on the Gambling Grumbles site there are other complaints with different outcomes or images. It really depends on the outcome of the complaint.

We are very happy to hear that you have been paid by Lucky Nugget :)

Like I couldnt be serious or telling the truth because , well the timelines just dont add up from you first contacted us.
And then the final, 'We wont be helping (hixstix77) resolve this matter and think the casino will not payout this withdrawal as he broke the 3rd party deposit policy.
Im pretty sure your reply was pretty close to exactly that.

Hi hixstix77, thank you for your response. Gambling Grumbles offers a mediation service and unfortunately they have to look at both sides of the complaint... your side and the casinos.

However, their objective is to try and resolve the complaint as best they can. In your complaint, I believe they were unable to get hold of you to confirm specific details so they had to close the case and add the "Laughing Face" icon.

As mentioned in my previous reply, Gambling Grumbles will never make fun of a players situation or complaint. We are always here to help our members/players. My sincere apologies if it was taken this way. Please let me know if there is anything else I can clarify.
