The playthrough was $1800 (which she says she met) and max cashout limit was $5000 "I made the required playthrough amount and withdrew $4,900," she told us. "My withdrawals were declined, and the casino paid me $1,140 ($1,200 less $60 coupon). I emailed the withdrawal dept. the screenshot of the coupon code, but they gave me some explanation as to why I was only allowed a withdrawal of $1,200 which made no sense as the coupon code clearly indicated a maximum withdrawal of $5,000."
