I'm new here I hope you can help. Is it possible to apply to the court for help from the casino if its representative provides false information to the client? If there is a responsibility for the customer, shouldn't there be a responsibility for the casino? Please let me know if there is anything I can do at the moment.
Here's what happened:
After registration, I called about the GOCasino bonus program. I told the representative that I was going to play blackjack, and they told me that it was OK. I deposited $500 after I lost my first $1,000 and got a 125% bonus. I made a profit of $4,500 in blackjack, and when I tried to withdraw the money, the website stated that I was unable to do so...that I have not placed more than 11 thousand bets on slot machines

I've been trying to fix this with GOCasino for almost two weeks. Ironically, they initially told me that they rarely hold such promotions for blackjack... and to top it all off, 3 days after the dispute, I received an email with a promotion offering a 125% bonus for playing blackjack! Needless to say, it was an insult to the core. I'm a high roller too, and if I wanted to play for $1,125, I would...but who am I to refuse the bonus offered?

If you can't withdraw money in blackjack after receiving a bonus, why let customers play this game with a bonus at all? For you, this is a no-win situation if a player loses, he loses. If the player wins, he is then told that he can't withdraw the money anyway because that is the intended policy.
Is there an opportunity to turn to the casino for help here?

In situations like this, it's important to document all communication and keep records of your interactions with the casino. While I'm not a legal expert, if you believe that false information was provided and it has resulted in financial loss, you may want to consider seeking advice from a legal professional. Additionally, websites like bonusbet slot can provide valuable insights into online casino experiences and user reviews. You might find others who have faced similar situations and can offer guidance on how to navigate this issue. Remember, responsible gaming is essential, and it's always a good idea to thoroughly review the terms and conditions of any bonuses or promotions before accepting them.

It's important to continue engaging with the casino's customer support and document all interactions. If they don't resolve the issue, consider reaching out to a regulatory authority, such as the casino's licensing body, for mediation. Legal action should be a last resort due to its complexity and cost.
