Why is Buzz Luck not on Cash Back list?

If you check Excluded Casinos button on Gambling City's home page, you will read that the reason why Buzzluck is excluded from cash back is "Large Negative".
And I think it is excluded since a couple of months ago, so I assume it also don't reset negatives. Unfortunately this means Buzzluck and its sister casinos in the group will not be reintroduced too soon to the cashback scheme (probably at least not until a gambling city member lose enough at it to cover that large negative).
I stand corrected if I'm wrong.

Thanks Constantin. You are partly correct that the reason for exclusion is a large negative and the casino does not reset negatives. However, the group keeps each casino separate so the negative balance doesn't affect the other casinos and they are included in the Cash Back scheme, apart from Lucky Red Casino where there is also a large negative.
