Shoulda, woulda, didn't...DUMB!!!
Yeeeeah...I didn't check the Blacklisted casinos before winning big on my big win on free spins. I deposited $25.00 and SURPRISE, SURPRISE! Still the run around.
(Insert the "The Weeping and Crying Bucket of Tears" Emoticon here).
Met the playthrough amount, requested my 2500.00 withdrawal on 9/21/2016.
Finally played $500 of it, I was tired of waaaaaiiiittttiiiinnnngggg.
STIll waiting on the $2000.00. Despite weekly live chats that I email myself the transcripts.
Granted they are international Companies but does anyone know if there is legal recourse?
How can these certain Casino Sites get away with that?
Word of Mouth and being Blacklisted helps BUt there are so many other DUMB people out there like me who are being Duped out of their money.

PS: Legal ways might be possible but might cost you serious money and still not see a dime out of the casino...

Hi Constantin!

Thank you so much for replying to my post! The casino is "99slots". Oh GAWD. I am to the point that my tears of frustration and despair are overflowing my bath tub. Seriously.

If I read the Grumble correctly, GC has given up on mediating with them. Due to several unresolved member complaints, the runaround, lack of cooperation, etc. from the casino.
Apparently, you and the rest of the Admin team have filled far more bathubs with frustrated tears than I have! Probably punched a few holes in some walls?

Is so NOT funny but cracking jokes is better than screaming so loud that it recreates the Memorex commercials. You know the one that breaks all the swanky Crystal wine glasses? If no one remembers that commercial, then I am OLD!

Please let me know if I should email GCadmin the following questions, rather than post in the forum.

Do you know of payouts that 99slots and some of it's affiliates have actually paid? How long did it take to receive? Where can I find this info? Who the heckoroni can I contact above and beyond them?

Jenmoon70, I'll be honest, I think that no casino from the Curgam Group (that is: Mighty Slots, Real Vegas Online, 99 Slot Machines, Plenty Jackpots, Slot Nuts, Slots Inferno, Slots Luv, and maybe more) NEVER PAID a player since 2008 onwards.

This group of casinos seem to be licensed by the Costa Rican government. I've documented myself a bit more and found out that the license from Costa Rica does not offer the player any type of protection as there is no body dealing with player complaints.

I've been in similar situations (but for smaller amounts) and I think the best you can do to shorten your stress and pain is to blow out your money and never touch that group again. Bet it all on one hand or a few hands with max bets for long shots, try to reach $100,000 and only if that happens spend more money trying EVERYTHING possible to get out your money (although I don't think you would ever get any).

And take it as a lesson. Always before signing up at a casino check its reputation online and avoid new opened casinos. Stick with old established ones which never (or VERY rarely) have negative comments and unresolved complaints.
