I am new at this. I made a withdrawel of 200.00 from Cool Cat Casino, 11-9-2010. I was told to send in all of the paperwork, in which I did the very next day. Then I was told it would have to be approved, and it was the following week. Then I was told by Monica in the finance Dept. to open an account with quick collect to recieve my money back onto my debt card but quick collect would charge me a 30.00 fee. I opened up the account to recieve my money by the first week in December, in which Monica told me it would be in my account then. I have been calling Monica twice a week since then and am told everytime that now she is waiting on the finance manager to send it to quick collect, in my account. I ask to speak to the finance manager and she says he doesn't accept phone calls. I am at a dead end here. They don't mind taking your money but when it is time to get what they owe you it is impossible. It has been over 6 weeks now. Please Please Please help.

Susan, I know that this is not the answer that you are going to want but go to www.gamblinggrumbles.com and click on the "Cool Cat" link in the "Reports" section. You will find that you are not the first with this problem and Cool Cat is great at making promises but not very good on fulfilling them.
