I thought the percentages would never be below 10%

Hi Lauree!
Gambling City works very hard to give our members the highest cash back possible for every casino.
Cash Back percentages vary and are not guaranteed to be above 10% but many deals are!
The amount of Cash Back we are able to offer depends on several factors including:
1) Conflicting play - this is where one player hits big and another player loses
2) Our revenue share agreement with the casino
3) Admin fees we are charged
