Hi Readers, Steve's most recent Gambling Grumbles report reveals that Magical Spin Casino does have a very rogue term which allows the casino to confiscate player's money for betting higher than 10% of his deposit, even though the deposit has not been combined with a bonus !!! To be honest, I have read a similar rule at the now defunct Cosmik Casino (part of AffPower group -- which by the way is now blacklisted at many online portals), but that rule prevented the player to bet no more than 29.99% of his deposit ! So Magical Spin Casino goes even beyond that roguishness level ! The lesson is: beware where you deposit your (hard earned) money and do not think for a second that you can skip reading those long and boring Terms & Conditions because you don't play with bonuses anyway. Your money still might be subject to such or similar nasty trap terms specifically designed to "legally" rob you !!! Keep it Safe, Constantin Edited by user Thursday, August 03, 2017 1:53:12 PM(UTC)

Hi,
I would like to state that Magical Spin Casino is presently reviewing our T'S & C's policy and hope to have all issues resolved soon.
Thank you. Levi Hogan

Communications Manager Hi Levi, That is really great news that you are reviewing your T&Cs and may resolve this issue. But, I do wonder if you are also reviewing S. Arguello and other affected users' accounts so that something can be done to make them whole in their transactions with Magical Spin. If nothing else, you could restore the deposits for these cases. Thanks, Katt

Hi,
I can confirm that the new management did approve the removal of these rules as we ourselves felt they could be perceived as unfair.
However, as unlikable as these rules were, the player agreed to them on registration and this is not something that can be retroactively changed.
We have changed our Terms and Conditions. All rules removed that would have been part of this complaint.
I am optimistic that these changes made will allow the brand to move forward and we have already experienced player appreciation over these changes.
We wish you all the best of luck.

Hi Levi, Ester Schurman (the player involved in the disputed complaint) also mentioned that he wasn't refunded his 400 euros deposit and that the terms in place at your casino by that time stated that the casino must refund. How do you comment this aspect ? Regards, Constantin
