Today we have an interesting case where, if what
Breakout Gaming Casino told the truth in
this Gambling Grumbles report (and I don't have reasons to believe otherwise), the player is accused by the live casino provider (BetConstruct) that he (and other players) were using a bot to collect results from previous day to beat its live roulette game! (The player played only live dealer roulette and live dealer dream catcher game and BetConstruct does not have the latter game.)
To me, this means that BetConstruct openly admitted that its roulette games are rigged (into providing certain number of results during a 24 hours period) ! Anyone knows that a fair roulette game in perfect conditions (wheel working perfectly without any slight bias) can't be beaten by statistics because each spin is independent from the results of previous spins.
For example, on average each number will come out 1 time in 37 spins but this does not mean that if number 25 came up 3 times in a row (which is very unlikely) it will not show up within the next 111 spins ! And it also doesn't mean that it will show up more frequently than 1 in 37. Arguing otherwise is like someone would argue that the Earth is flat !
So back to our issue, I believe this matter should be investigated further and if indeed BetConstruct made the above affirmation, then it should lose its operating license / certification and should effectively be banned online. Therefore,
Breakout Gaming Casino should cease to provide live dealer games from BetConstruct. And moreover to the grumble at hand, since BetConstruct did not provided any hard proof of bot usage (such as betting intervals being always the same or at inhuman speed etc) but only a gut guess,
Breakout Gaming Casino should return Favio's balance in full $1,922 and decide on itself (not on BetConstruct's babbling) whether or not it wants to allow him to continue.
