Hi, I have been reading this forum for a while, but never bothered to register. I have had such a bad experience with boraboracasino.com, that I decided that I had to make everybody aware of their criminal business practice.

Boraboracasino uses net entertainment software and is owned by Everymatrix.

Yesterday they decided to retrospectively change the terms on me after I deposited, played and finished the wagering requirements. Their old terms stated that the bonus had to be wagered 20 times with different game weightings. I played videopoker and since this was counting as 20% I had to wager over 10000 to be able to cashout my bonus.

When this wasn't possible support confirmed for me in the live chat that I had for filled the requirements and they would look into it.

Later they contacted me by email and stated that I had to for fill 40 times the bonus requirements and they updated their website accordingly. I have send them several emails explaining the situation but they are not responding to my arguments and only say their decision is final.

I want to post this here so current and future players of boraboracasino and everymatrix are aware of the fact that they have become criminals who do not honor their own terms and conditions. I would advise everybody to never play here. I have currently filed a complaint at the regulators of boraboracasino and it's owner Everymatrix. I am going to post this on some other gambling forums as well so every body knows that Everymatrix and borabora have gone ROGUE.
