Hey Peeps, Seems Gambling Grumbles stumbled upon a hallucinating report: an extremely "lucky" player who turned a €75 deposit (not tied with any bonus/es) into a balance of over €16,000 is stiffed by OVO Casino by being told he won't be getting any of his money because he broke the terms of the casino. No mention of what terms he broke (hard to think at something valid since there were no bonuses involved) although the player insisted to at least be told this info. Casino not cooperating with Steve for mediation either. Plain theft if you ask me (of course as long as the story is how the player told us -- but given the fact that the casino keep quiet, I believe what the player said to be true) !!! Luis R. (this is the name of the man who's complaining) from Chile, if you read my comment here is my advice: try take your issue to AskGamblers, then ThePogg, then CasinoMeister. Not all at once, but one by one ! Maybe you will hit one of them with which the casino have a good relationship and will be kind of forced to cooperate. And if each one of them will ultimately fail, then take your case to Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) by accessing the following link to submit your complaint: http://www.mga.org.mt/support/online-gaming-support/ Keep it Safe, Constantin

Hello,
I have received a Email from Ovo Casino today with all there customer data email addresses names deposit losses withdraws details only the casino has was send in the thousands to my computer it took 3 hours to download! Crazy right well to be fair I did contact them and did let them.know they did not listen and did answer me only with template responses hah well hard luck to the unfriendly support agent!!!!
Let me say I will never recommend this casino ever again as the data was exposed and then they did not even give a s*** well that's how safe we are with them.
I'm still in the blue as of whats to be done with all the data!!!
Have a great day guys.

Wow BJ9! Hopefully you just got rid of all that information. But, doesn't it make you wonder just how many players got an email like yours? Since most casino emails are sent out in large batches. I suppose if that happened they certainly wouldn't want to admit it!
