I am seeing them steal from players all over the place. Their game is to simply never approve your account and claim fraud without any proof. This is the only site that I have found that actually stands up to them. XXXXXXXXX is obviously in bed with them as he refuses to discuss their theft issues and he just locks threads and silences those that speak out against them.
In the last thread about them they lied several times and when they were called out on it then XXXXXXX just locked the threads and admonished the few that were showing them in lies. In other words he condones them stealing.
The last few complaints about them here with all of the proof of them lying is unbelivable since they used to be a good casino. They are very dangerous to play now and I recommend to stay far away as they are in confiscation mode big time.
Alice K, if you are reading this I would take your case to court somehow. I know it has been done with fortune lounge group before. They should not get away with this kind of theft. Good luck to you.

Note from Steve Russo (moderator): I haved xxxed out the name of the person who John has accused. The purpose of this forum is to discuss on line casinos which have been the subject of Gambling Grumbles disputes. It is not a place to denounce other websites or mediators.
The rest of what I am about to say may sound contradictory, weird, or even hypocritical but should you want to praise another website/mediator for how he handled a dispute which also appeared on Gambling Grumbles, you are free to do so. If you want to denounce either Gambling Grumbles or me for the way that I handled a particular dispute, I will also allow that.
