I just want to say that you guys are simply amazing and without you many of the free bonuses and auctions that I have won or earned over the past would not have been credited to my accounts without your help. Recently I was the highest bidder in an auction for $75 into an account at a casino. The T&C on this site did not state anywhere that one could not use a second free bonus at the casino but when I went to that site I was told that my account was locked for irregular activity and fraudulent play!!!!????? To say the least I was shocked. I had previously won a raffle for $10 on that same site and was awarded that no problem and then they were locking my acct when I wanted to play with the $75!!!! I sent an email to Graeme and within no time the problem was resolved and my acct no longer locked. I was not doing anything fraudulent in anyway and was appalled that they would consider me as having done something illegal. They wouldn't even chat to me or tell me who I could contact though they did say admin would contact me soon but that was not the case and only through Graeme's intervention did I get my bonus. I recently won $20 on a different site and though I went in daily for the past few days to check to see if it had been credited to my acct there was nothing and I was told that I only had 2 days to claim it. I was getting worried as the days went by and though I signed in many times daily there was nothing showing and when I sent an email to the casino was told that I had to sign in to claim the bonus and that they saw that I hadn't signed in in the last few days????!!!! Again many emails back and forth between Graeme the casino and myself and the issue was finally resolved! Like another post that mentioned Patience..... it paid off here as well........ Kudos to Graeme and Gambling City for the many services and opportunities you provide us here!!!!
