Gambling Grumbles - PH Casino - Latest Report Submitted Can the casino afford to pay?We've asked this question before. In February a player was owed 6700 Euros. At first the casino said the player had to send a copy of his driver's license. When he did, PH still did not pay and said there was a problem with Skrill. This time, it is Martha V of Mexico who is not getting her money. "PH is not paying me for half a year. I won in the middle of April. Full amount was 2089 euro. I got 89 euro almost instantly and I am still waiting for the rest which is 2000 euro. I feel like I will never get it.
