Gambling Grumbles Report:7 Gods Casino"Where did you get your 100 Euros?"

June 20207 Gods Casino has locked up the account of Marlene M of Germany because it says she has not proven where she got the 100 Euros she deposited. This means she cannot collect the 902.85 Euros she won.
Marlene says that she deposited 100 EUR, received a bonus in the amount of 120 Euros, and is currently owed 902.85 Euros. She was told that "your account has been closed because you failed to provide document called Source of wealth that we have requested."
Marlene insists that she did send this document to 7 Gods -- in fact, twice: Once before being told that her account was closed and once afterward.
Since then, it has ignored all emails she has sent to, and did not respond when Gambling Grumbles wrote to it.
In all honesty, we were surprised by the demand for the source of wealth. While we have received numerous complaints from players when required by casinos to prove where they got the money to play, as casinos are worried about peer-to-peer transfers, all of the other complaints we have handled involved much larger amounts. There are very few people who cannot afford a 100 Euro deposit from their own funds.
We do not very often recommend to players that they contact the casino's licensing authority. In many locations, the authority is only interested in collecting licensing fees from the casinos and will not handle player complaints. Moreover, where they do, they generally take longer to fix the problem than does a complaint sent in by Gambling Grumbles. However, as 7 Gods Casino is licensed in Malta, and Gambling Grumbles has gotten no response from the casino, we suggest that she contact the Malta Gaming Authority at
