Gambling Grumbles Report:

Conquer Casino
"Another happy ending"
by Steve Russo
June 202

On 16 June, Mike K of Finland wrote to us saying with a complaint about Conquer Casino. He said that, "On May 6th I deposited 2000€ through Neteller, won in Live Roulette and May 6th I deposited 2000€ through Neteller, won in Live Roulette and then played some Live Black Jack - ending up with a balance of 5750€. The same day I requested withdrawals of 3000€ and 2752.46€, as their maximum withdrawal per week is 3000€. The 3000€ was paid to my Neteller account on May 27th, but the 2752.46€ withdrawal Still shows as pending in my transaction history since May 6th - no answers have been given now about the status of this withdrawal.

They have not responded to my e-mails in the matter - in Live Chat they simply repeat that they have previously through another casino in the ProgressPlay group requested my VISA card to be able to pay there instead of Neteller. We have indeed exchanged several e-mails in the past few months on this topic - where they claim to be unable to pay to Neteller due to 'maintenance' and ask for my VISA card to pay there - and I tell them I do not have a VISA card. Later they send me the same -mail again, and I yet again reply that I do not have a VISA card.

"Once they asked me to open an ecoPayz account so they could pay there instead of Neteller, so I recently finally opened an ecoPayz account and provided them my account details - however they have not paid there either. No explanation on why they asked me to open the ecoPayz account in the first place, even though I have repeatedly asked."

As noted, that was on 16 June. We wrote to Conquer Casino the same day and received an almost immediate reply that Mike will be paid. The following day, his money was in his ecoPayz account.

Today, 18 June, Mike said he has received an e-mail from Conquer Casino, "telling me that my accounts at ProgressPlay had been closed." (ProgressPlay works with, but does not own, Conquer Casino).

We have no idea of why Mike's accounts were closed but that is not an issue Gambling Grumbles will handle. We feel that unless it still owes a player money, any casino has the right to refuse to allow someone to play there and need not explain its reasons. If a player feels that this is unfair, he should realize that the same holds true in reverse -- he has an absolute right to refuse to play at a particular casino and he, too, does not owe anyone an explanation for his decision.

Conquer Casino is licensed in Malta
