July 2020When Ian C of Scotland wrote to us a week ago about Club Live Roulette Ireland he told us, "I have been playing on this site for quite a few months now and not had much of a problem getting my winnings. I’ve won a considerable amount of money this time, €1368, and made a withdrawal for €1200 over two weeks ago. I have not been paid, and now they won’t even answer my emails They state on there website that you will be paid within 2 hours but in some situations it can up to 72 hours but very rarely".
At the time, Club Live Roulette Ireland was not in the Gambling Grumbles database, so we could not research its history with us. If it had been there, we would have seen that it is part of the igamingpartners group, and, as such, was already in our Hall of Shame. (When one casino in a group enters it, all others do, too.) Had we known, we would have posted the report immediately and then sent a link to Club Live Roulette Ireland, offering to rewrite the report if it pays Ian. As we did not know, we wrote to it about Ian's complaint, waited a week, and received no reply.
In the meantime, Ian's account is still open and he can play there -- he just can't get his money. He has continued to play and has now reached 5101 Euros. When asked why he keeps playing, he sent us a very logical reason:
"I just keep playing there because it is only 0.10 euros a bet and all other casinos are 0.50 euros. Plus I know I will not get my money and I'm disabled with Multiple Sclerosis so I play night and day as I have nothing else to do!
A few days after we wrote to the casino, we received a second complaint about it not paying. We are not going to wait the usual week for a reply as we now know it is in our Hall of Shame. Instead, we are making a separate report about it and sending the links to the two reports to both Club Live Roulette Ireland and igamingpartners.
Note: While Club Live Roulette Ireland has an Irish email addy and broadcasts from that country we believe it is licensed in Curacao.
