Latest Gambling Grumbles Report:Wild Jackpots: "$8 or 10 Euros?"

September 2020"Hello, I registered an account from your recommendation link on your website and I won 1877 USD. Then the site said that I bet 10 so they took all my wins. They said the allowed bet was only 8! I never bet 10. I made sure to bet 8 because I read the terms first. Please help me get my win back."That is the grumble we received from Gustavo F of Argentina and it needs a bit of clarification. Firstly, Gambling Grumbles does not have a list of recommended casinos (although we certainly do have a list of casinos that we recommend you not play at). However, we do link to Gambling City and Gustavo may have seen a recommendation there. Secondly, we checked the Wild Jackpots website and found that it definitely has a limit for bonus players of 8 Euros per bet. We asked Gustavo if he was playing in Euros or dollars and he clarified by telling us that all of his bets had been $8.That converts to less than 7 Euros, well below Wild Jackpots' limit. We sent this information to Wild Jackpots and, as is our practice, waited a full week for the casino to answer us. We did not hear back from them at all. We do recommend that if you have a problem with a casino in Malta to write to us first because we can generally get it solved more quickly. However, in a case like Gustavo's we then feel he should submit a complaint to the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) -- which a casino cannot ignore without risking its license.
