Magical Spin Casino: "The players love it."by Steve Russo
November 2020We received the following Gambling Grumbles Report from Eliyahu T based in the UK, who informed us that he deposited 1000 EUR at Magical Spin Casino and received a 1000 EUR match bonus. He played through the required amount and requested a withdrawal of 3054 EUR. But to his surprise, he only received 2054 EUR, with the remaining 1000 EUR withheld by the casino because he did not request it before making the deposit. He explained that the bonus was not added automatically and that support (via Live Chat) had credited his account manually. The player had played through the required amount with the specified time limit. However, when cashing out he was told that the bonus was invalid and that the 1000 EUR was deleted from his account...
